About nontrans blog

Just a casual site for translating light novels. As mentioned, I’m merely doing it as a way to practice Japanese.

Let me warn everyone first: I WILL BE SLOW. I tried to work on Kisei but I felt so sluggish and just TERRIBLY HORRIBLY SLOW. As such, my current short term goal is one book a year? Or maybe more than a year… Well, I can almost hear the jeerings coming in but I will try my best to level up my SPD stat okay?

Moreover, despite speaking English for most of my life, English cannot be deemed as my first language. Becoz o zat, mine Engrish mite seemz a litle wierd somtymez.
Furthermore, I will  be doing a direct translation from the Japanese text. I want to keep it as close to the original as possible. And at times I might rely on Google-sensei if all else fails.
No. Its not because I’m bad at paraphrasing and restructuring English sentences……I think. But that aside. So yeah, unless it is really impossible, I won’t be translating it in a very liberal way.

Thus, if there are any problems, questions, suggestions, or just wanting to help, just leave me a comment (not all pages will have commenting feature unlocked) or email me at nontrans96@gmail.com.

Once again,
hajime-yoroshiku.
